Returns & exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges.
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
We don't accept returns or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Each order will be assessed on an individual basis. The reason we don’t encourage returns, cancellations or exchanges is because the shipping cost is so high. The cost of mailing it to you, you mailing it back, and us mailing you a new item is often higher than the item itself. Please understand.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items like fishnets, underwear, socks (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
