Shipping and Processing Time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Warehouse stock is ready to ship within 1-3 business days. This is the time it takes us to prepare the order and bring it to the shipping location.
Estimated shipping times: (Once the package is out of our hands and with the shipper)
North America: 1-2 weeks (around 10 business days). Please contact us for estimated shipping times to other countries.
We always do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Our default shipping is Canada Post regular mail. We use this method in order to keep your shipping costs down. If you want your items delivered by a different method, please contact us for an estimate.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
We don't accept returns or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Each order will be accessed on an individual basis. The reason we don’t encourage returns, cancellations or exchanges is because the shipping cost is so high. The cost of mailing it to you, you mailing it back, and us mailing you a new item is often higher than the item itself. Please understand.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
-Custom or personalized orders
-Intimate items like fishnets, underwear, socks (for health/hygiene reasons)
-Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
